The following recommendations are intuitive, common sense suggestions that most attorneys already follow. I am pleased to share with you my experience as a mediator, arbitrator, and advocate. - If you can settle the case on terms that approximate what you are most likely to obtain at the courthouse (or arbitration), you have achieved a successful mediation.
