This report discusses various types of guerilla tactics, how such actions are identified, dealt with and reflected in arbitral awards of the International Commercial Arbitration Court of Romania and the extent to which arbitrators, judges and lawyers find support in the current legislation to prevent and counter such manifestations. A case illustrating obvious and outrageous guerilla practices shall be presented in brief in this Report.
