USTR Report on Bolivia and Ecuador with Regard to the Andean Trade Preference Act

Introduction
On June 30, the U.S. Trade Representative released a 7-page report entitled "Determinations and Report of the President Concerning the Review of Bolivia and Ecuador with Regard to the Andean Trade Preference Act, as Amended" under cover of a letter from President Obama. In that Report, President Obama determined that duty-free treatment and other preferential treatment under the Andean Trade Preference Act (ATPA) would remain in effect for U.S. imports from Ecuador but not for Bolivia.
