Francesco Costamagna
Profile
Francesco Costamagna is Ph.D. student at the Bocconi University of Milan (Italy), he also works as research assistant in International Law and European Law at the University of Turin (Italy) and at the University Carlo Cattaneo - LIUC (Italy). He has been visiting scholar at the Centre for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy (University of Dundee).
His research interests are international trade law, international investment law and human rights law. In particular, his research works mainly focus on the relationship between State regulatory autonomy and international economic norms in the field of privatized public utilities.
He holds a Degree in International Law (University of Turin) and a Master's Degree in Management of Development (ILO Training Centre and University of Turin). He also completed an internship at the ILO Training Centre - International Labour Standard Department.
