Ajoo Kim
Profile
Ms. Kims practice centers on the representation of sovereign States in complex and high-stakes international arbitration and public international law matters in an array of disputes ranging from US$ 5 million to US$ 7 billion. As a former Legal Officer at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Korea, she is experienced in disputes between investors and States under investment treaties as well as the negotiation of investment treaties, having been part of the Korean delegation to UNCITRAL Working Group III on ISDS reform and the fourth amendment of ICSID Rules and Regulations.
