Viktoria Simone Fritz is an Austrian law graduate from the University of Graz (expected May 2021) and Of Counsel at Figueroa Arbitration. She concentrated her studies on the law of international affairs and on international arbitration law. Her graduating thesis reviews consumer arbitration law in Austria, the European Union and the United States, and to that effect, she also performed research at the NYU School of Law. For several consecutive years, Viktoria was selected among the “High Potential” students at the University of Graz. In addition to summer schools in the U.S and the UK, she has interned various times at a law firm in Graz and worked as a student assistant at the Institute of Civil Law, Foreign Private Law, and Private International Law at the University of Graz. During her internship with the Law Library of U.S. Congress in 2020, Viktoria performed specialized legal research and writing on Austria, Germany, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, the Netherlands, and the European Union. Furthermore, Viktoria is a member of the organizing team of the MediateGuru International Arbitration Moot 2021.
