Gianmatteo Sabatino
Profile
Gianmatteo Sabatino is a PhD in Comparative and European Legal Studies at the University of Trento, Italy, as well as a visiting scholar at the Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, Wuhan, PRC. He obtained his PhD in 2019 with a dissertation on the Legal Features of Development Planning Models in the People's Republic of China and the European Union.
His current research project regards the convergence and circulation of legal models of macro-economic regulation in the Euro-Asiatic space.
He has published scientific articles in both Italian and English languages, regarding Chinese Economic Law, European Economic Law and Comparative Economic Law.
His research interests include Comparative Private Law, Comparative Economic Law, Comparative Competition Law and Legal Anthropology.
