Angana R. Shah
Profile
Angana Shah has been working since 2000 with issues of ADR promotion and insolvency reform in emerging economies. She has advised USAID, the Millennium Challenge Corporation, and the World Bank Group on legal reform and institution building to build both effective insolvency and ADR systems, particularly the incorporation of mediation into commercial dispute resolution. She is currently a Senior Consultant with the World Bank Group. She obtained her bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan and her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School. She is a member of the State Bar of California and Bar of the District of Columbia.
