Raquel Galvão Silva is an Associate in the Linklaters Lisbon office Dispute Resolution department. Her recent practice has focused in litigation and arbitration, both domestic and international, particularly related with contractual, construction, public law and intellectual property disputes.
Raquel has an LLM in International Arbitration by Queen Mary University of Law, attended a Master Degree Programme in Company Law by the Lisbon Nova University School of Law and a Post-graduate course in Intellectual Property, by the Lisbon University School of Law. Raquel is Member of Portuguese Arbitration Association and of the Commission on Intellectual Property of ICC.
