Elizabeth is Counsel at White & Case LLP, in the New York and Paris offices. She is experienced in all phases of commercial and investment disputes. She is both common-law and civil-law qualified and has oral advocacy experience in both English-and French-language arbitrations. She has been involved in arbitrations conducted under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the American Arbitration Association (AAA/ICDR), the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) and the Swiss Chamber of Commerce. She also has substantial experience in cross-border litigation, particularly involving the US and France. She is a member of the New York and Paris bars and is a graduate of New York University School of Law, Sciences Po, and Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service.
