Jenya Grigorova
Profile
Jenya Grigorova is a PhD researcher in international Law at the Sorbonne Law School (Paris 1 Pantheon Sorbonne University) and a teaching assistant at University of Evry Val d'Essonne. Her PhD thesis, to be defended in 2015, is focused on "The international regulation of trade in energy resources" under the supervision of Professor Helene Ruiz Fabri.
Jenya holds Masters degrees from Paris 1 University (International Economic Law) and Sofia University (International Law). Her research interests include international trade law, in particular WTO law, issues related to energy regulation on both international and regional levels, international investment law and environmental law.
Jenya has published extensively in French, English and Bulgarian, on various pressing issues in international trade relations, in particular concerning trade in the energy sector, as well as on specific aspects of European law, relating to EU restrictive measures and to EU environmental policy measures.
Jenya also regularly serves as a judge for Moot court competitions, in particular ELSA Moot court competition in WTO law and Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition. She is fluent in English, French, Bulgarian and Russian.
