Diora Ziyaeva is an international arbitration specialist with a decade of experience litigating complex cases and representing clients from around the world from diverse industries under all major international arbitration rules. She is a member of Dentons LLP's International Dispute Resolution practice group in New York. Her practice focuses on investor-state arbitration, commercial arbitration and cross-border enforcement of arbitration awards. Her cases involve issues and disputes relating to public international law, as well as commercial transactions with an emphasis on the energy sector. Licensed in New York and Uzbekistan, Diora has represented clients in disputes governed by the laws of more than thirty nations across Europe, the Middle East, Central Asia and Russia, the Americas, Oceania and North Africa. Diora is an Adjunct Professor of Law at Fordham Law School where she teaches a course on the Practice of Investor-State Arbitration. Diora publishes extensively worldwide and is a frequent guest lecturer in various U.S. law schools and at international conferences.
