Caroline Kittelmann is a Senior Foreign Lawyer with Clifford Chance Partnerschaft mbB in Frankfurt. Previously she was an Associate in Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer's international arbitration group, having trained in Freshfields' London office.
Caroline has experience of LCIA, UNCITRAL, DIS, ICC and ICSID arbitrations as well as cross-border, international litigation matters. She has also published articles on a broad range of supranational legal themes, including international arbitration law, comparative contract law, international human rights law and international humanitarian law.
Caroline holds a law degree from Keele University and master's degree and a doctorate from the University of Lancaster. Caroline also completed a Postdoctoral Research Fellowship at the University of Oxford from 2010 to 2012. She is qualified as a solicitor (England and Wales) and speaks English and German.
