Alexey Anischenko

Alexey Anischenko is partner and head of dispute resolution at Minsk office of SORAINEN. His arbitration practice comprises client's representation in cases administered by the International Arbitration Court of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BelCCI), where he is also on the List of Recommended Arbitrators, as well as acting as a counsel for Belarusian private and state-owned companies in arbitrations outside Belarus.
Alexey received his law degree with honours from the Belarusian State University where he now presents as senior lecturer of the Department of Private International and European Law.
In 2004 Alexey as a participant to the Asser College Europe program followed the Course in International Trade and Business Law, including International Commercial Arbitration Law at the T.M.C. Asser Instituut in The Hague, the Netherlands. In 2005 he undertook Training in International Commercial Arbitration for lawyers from CIS countries organised by Arbitration Institute of Stockholm Chamber of Commerce. In 2009 Alexey participated in an intensive Course on Financial Law Issues for Lawyers in Transition Economies jointly organised by London School of Economics and Political Sciences and EBRD (London, UK).
Alexey has been recognised as a leading practitioner in Belarus by Legal500, Chambers Europe (for Dispute Resolution), IFLR1000 (for General Business Law), Who's Who Legal (for Arbitration, Commercial Litigation, Trade & Customs, Oil & Gaz, Banking & Finance, Insurance & Reinsurance) and PLC Which lawyer (for Corporate and Commercial).
Alexey speaks Belarusian, Russian, English and Polish fluently.
