Adrianne's practice encompasses international arbitration, government contracts disputes, and commercial litigation. She developed her international arbitration practice in Europe and is now resident in Washington, DC.
Adrianne offers practical and efficient legal counsel and is experienced in all phases of dispute resolution, from case assessment and discovery, to motions practice, trial preparation, jurisdictional and merits hearings before arbitration and administrative panels, confirmation and enforcement of arbitration awards, and appeals. She represents government contractors, energy companies, and other major commercial concerns in disputes involving services, construction, and other projects in many regions across the globe. Adrianne has handled arbitrations under various rules, including the UNCITRAL, AAA Commercial, ICDR, and ICC rules. In addition to managing disputes, Adrianne advises clients on the drafting of dispute resolution clauses in project agreements.
