Antonin's trial and appellate practice includes acting for a broad range of Canadian and multinational clients in the areas of international commercial litigation and/or arbitration, business torts, corporate litigation, civil litigation, constitutional torts, administrative law appeals and judicial review applications. Antonin has numerous reported and unreported decisions in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Court of Appeal for Ontario, the Federal Court of Canada and various provincial and federal administrative tribunals and commissions. He has published extensively in the fields of conflict of laws, international commercial arbitration/mediation, international trade law, comparative civil procedure, commercial litigation, trial advocacy and law and culture. Antonin is also active in a number of professional organizations and has been frequently invited to speak at various law conferences and law schools.
